Whether it’s team offsites, client presentations, brainstorming sessions, or quiet one-on-ones, CraftWork’s meeting rooms are designed to help you focus, connect, and get things done. Settle into the heart of Healdsburg with fast WiFi, screens and whiteboards ready to go, and free onsite parking that makes it easy for everyone to join you.
Our small meeting rooms are available by the hour (1 hour minimum), while our larger spaces can be reserved in half-day increments - ideal for longer sessions or team gatherings. All prices listed are standard rack rates for non-members.
Tip: Ask about our Friend of CraftWork membership: for a one-time annual fee of $199, you’ll enjoy discounts on meeting rooms and day passes all year long.

THE CLOSER

THE VAULT
A unique space housed in a converted bank vault. Designed for board meetings, team discussions, private dinners and wine tasting.

THE DREAM BOARD
Our 130 sq. ft. whiteboard space is available when the Urban Workshop isn’t in use. Bookings can be made for up to 2 hours, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Accommodates up to 15 people, depending on the layout.
Amentities
The Creative Nook features a full wall whiteboard for brainstorming, flexible furniture for group discussions, and super-fast Wi-Fi.

The Urban Workshop
The Urban Workshop is the ideal space for off-site team meetings, retreats, workshops, training, or team-building sessions. As our largest conference room, it offers plenty of space for everyone and can be combined with The Vault for a special off-site event.
With an adjoining catering kitchen, you can bring in meals and enjoy the best flavors Healdsburg has to offer. Natural light floods the space from the outdoor patio, which also serves as a perfect breakout area.
Ask us about a post-meeting happy hour curated with one of our local wine partners to wrap up your event in style!

MEETING SPACE CANCELLATION POLICY
Meeting space at CraftWork is limited, and when you cancel at the last minute, we lose the opportunity to re-rent the space. While we know ʻstuff happensʻ, the following describes our policy for cancellation of meetings over two hours in the Vault, Urban Workshop, or Patio.
Cancellation up to 14 days of the scheduled event - full refund less $100 administrative fee
Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled event - full CREDIT toward future event
Cancellation within 48 hours of the event - no refund
