‘Improving options to move around town - for health, economy and the environment’

DIALOGUE 3.2 - COMPLETED

In 2017, a grass roots group of citizens invited the AIA to conduct a redux of the 1983 RUDAT that set the stage for much of what Healdsburg is today.  As part of the 2017 update, the visiting panel made several recommendations, which was to greatly increase the community’s connectivity.  Today, a number of new efforts are underway, including the Russian River Master Plan, conversion of north Healdsburg Avenue to a ‘complete street’, and the long awaited arrival of SMART in downtown 2026.

Hear updates on all three of these efforts – the state of thinking, timelines and what they could mean for everyday residents.
